Dan is a regional property manager and portfolio analyst at a Top 3 National Property Management company, with over 20 years in the Class A multifamily property management industry and experience managing over 1500 units.

Bryce has over a decade of experience building enterprise-grade software, including apps proven to scale with the needs of Fortune 100 companies. At Contrax, he uses this experience and expertise to translate the challenges facing today's property management companies into streamlined solutions that save time and maximize business value for our customers.

Dave has close to a decade of engineering experience at both startups and Fortune 500 companies alike. At Contrax he is primarily responsible for setting the direction of Contrax's underlying application architecture, as well as working alongside the engineering team to implement new features and product enhancements.
